Bradley Hathaway is a poet who occasionally tours with bands like Blindside, Me Without You, and some solo gigs as well. His latest book, All the Hits So Far, is intensely meaningful and personal. When I first started reading it I thought it would be good to read one poem a day, like a devotional of sorts. However, once I got into it I couldn’t stop reading. I was truly surprised at how open he was as he shared his innermost emotions. At the end of each poem Hathaway also writes a brief explanation. This explanation further helped to understand the meaning of each poem.

As a bonus the book came with a CD where Hathaway recites some of the writings from this book. On the audio tracks Hathaway is able to add emotion and emphasis to the words, making them even more powerful.

I really love this book. I love how Hathaway shares his faith in such an artistic way.
