            The second in a series, God Unplugged offers more testimonies from artists, sports figures, and more predominately in this volume, extreme sports figures.  For example the testimonies include Alyssa, Lauren, & Rebeca Barlow (Barlow Girl), David Carr (NFL Quarterback), and Jimmie McGuire (Professional Motocross Rider). 

            At first I had thought that the book was too heavy on the Christian artists, but I quickly learned that just because their in the Christian industry, does not mean they have always had an easy life and that they do not still struggle today.  I was most impressed with the testimony from John Cooper (Skillet) and it gave me a greater appreciation for what he does as a ministry.  I highly recommend picking up this second volume and digging into what makes the individuals tick. Look to the end of chapter for devotionals to help you even further.
