Auckland, New Zealand—February 29, 2016—New Zealand-based Scarlet City Studios today announces the launch of The Aetherlight: Chronicles of the Resistance, an online role-playing adventure game for tweens. The Aetherlight: Chronicles of the Resistance retells the epic story of Scripture in an exciting steampunk world filled with quests, puzzles, crafting and more. The Aetherlight: Chronicles of the Resistance will unfold over several chapters released every few months. Analytical tools help parents keep abreast of how their child is progressing in the game and Resistance Academy, creating great opportunities to discuss matters of faith and life in a way players can grasp and enjoy.

 

The Aetherlight has recently been endorsed by the American Bible Society, who views the game as an innovative and authentic expression of the Bible narrative.

Natalie Grant Launches Glimmer Girls Series in Partnership with Zondervan’s Faithgirlz Brand

GRAMMY-nominated vocalist Natalie Grant celebrated the release of her first “tween” book series ‘Glimmer Girls’ (in partnership with Zondervan’s Faithgirlz brand) this week. With two of the four titles: “London Art Chase” and “A Dolphin Wish” debuting Feb. 2, the official Faithgirlz spokesperson read from her new books and offered inspiration and fun to a room full of tween girls and their moms during a launch party in Nashville.
Written by Grant and informed by her three daughters — Bella, Gracie (twins, 8) and Sadie (5) — the ‘Glimmer Girls’ series follows three spunky, smart and unique sisters on amazing family adventures around the globe.

Natasha Owens has spent most of her life in Texas and currently lives in the Dallas area, with her husband and two sons. She was raised in a musical family, began singing at four years of age, and was involved with choirs and praise teams while growing up.
