"All Around the World" is considered a progressive collection of praise
and worship songs.
The team members on this project are international players in the worship
community. Matt Redman is a worship leader and the co-founder of "Soul
Survivor" global youth ministry. Tim Hughes also works with "Soul Survivor"
and travels across continents to lead worship and teach at youth festivals.
Hughes is currently recording a solo album. Paul Oakley is a leader with
"CCK Brighton", ("New Frontiers International Church") and is now traveling
on their behalf. Neil Willson partners with "New Generation Ministries"
as a missionary to the mainstream club scene in his hometown of Bristol,
England. Wilson is also the front man of the rock band "Steve" which has
recently signed with ForeFront Records. Jason Halbert and Dwayne Larring,
formerly of SONICFLOOd, provided production guidance.
Two favorites include the title track and "Beautiful Savior." The title
track is the most progressive with electronic sounding vocals and a musical
arrangement that gets you up and moving. "Beautiful Savior" is a pleasing
ballad-like worship song.
Sparrow Label Group president Peter York commented on "All Around The
World" saying, "...'All Around The World' has captured a fresh dimension
of modern worship incorporating a global community of worship leaders
who have collectively created a project that reflects the sound of a new
generation of worship."
