Another new band of young men. "Battle of the boybands?" one might ask. Not a chance for this pop-rock band. Lyrically rich with jagged edged vocals, "Phat Chance" combines sounds similar to that of Jake, Audio Adrenaline, and Delirious. Composed of five young teens, Phat Chance is alive with rifting guitars and percussive attitude. An interesting note is that PHAT of the group's name title is actually an acronym for "Praising Him All Times." Praising Him at all times is also a goal well met by this group, with their debut album "Without You." The song, "Things You Do" musically touches on the grace that God is watching over you in all things. Phat Chance is headed in the right direction, it will be fascinating to see the progression of maturation in their music talent, as time passes. -Bridget L.
