"Porch and Altar" is the second release for Sixstepsrecords, the first being Chris Tomlin's "The Noise We Make." Both of these artists have a background with the "Passion" mission. Both are renowned worship leaders and musicians.

Hall knows first hand how music can influence thoughts and feelings. When Hall was a new Christian he was given a Christian CD. "I was a brand new Christian, and it was music to go to sleep to. They were short, simple songs to sing to God, and it just hit me. I started to experience them in my heart and life and in my prayers," says Hall.

"Porch and Altar" is not music to sleep to. It's high energy rock. It's unlike most worship because of the more prevalent guitars, drums, and the power of Hall's vocals.

Favorites include; "Salvation" because of the guitar driven accompaniment and the stirring lyrics. "King Of Glory" with its resounding drums and memorable chorus. - "Yes we wait for you King of Glory"
