This short eight-song CD is a gift for Nichole Nordeman fans everywhere. Nichole had a powerful night at the 2003 Dove Awards with seven Dove Awards, including Female Vocalist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year. "Live At the Door" is just a small example of what has earned her these titles.

"Live At the Door" captures a more intimate Nordeman with an acoustic feel. Included on the EP are hits like "Holy," "My Offering," and interestingly enough a cover of Cindy Lauper's "Time After Time."

The only fault is that there are only eight tracks. With the awards and accolades Nordeman has received this could have easily been 10 or 11 tracks long. In it's defense, I find Nordeman's first live greatest hits to be close-up, personal and easy to listen to. I found myself paying attention to they lyrics more because of these friendly vibes.
