A fifteen-year veteran Kim has many creditable accomplishments and she has established a fair following of listeners. Since 1997, Kim Hill has been leading worship for numerous conferences, and in 1999 Kim was awarded the Dove Award for Praise and Worship Album of the Year for "Renewing the Heart Live."

"Surrounded By Mercy" has an organic Sunday worship feel and it's not what I would consider to be a Dove Award winner. However for any of the near 200,000 people she's impacted at conferences, this CD would be a great memory of her performances. I really can't discredit anyone for worshiping but this one is best for current Kim Hill fans.

Key tracks include "Famous One," a Chris Tomlin remake, a soulful arrangement of "Revive Us Again," and a new Kim Hill song called "More Like You," co-written with Jamie Kenney.
