Not many bands could get away with using such a strong title in place of the usual "Greatest Hits" or "Best Of," but for Caedmon's Call titleing their latest collection "Chronicles" is fitting indeed. This 17 song collection is an absolute record of their musical achievements.

"Chronicles" is not just a definitive collection of past songs pulled from the shelves. This CD includes live versions, extended edits, and two entirely new songs, "All My Life" and "A New Day."

"Chronicles" also serves as a transition in the history of Caedmon's Call. This Fall Caedmon's Call will be releasing "Third World Symphony" an album that was recorded in India, Ecuador, Brazil, and Africa, mixing elements of Caedmon's Call with the music of said regions. "Chronicles" includes an enhanced CD Rom with an interview of the band describing it's goals and desires as it relates to world ministry.

Caedmon's Call history is rich with artistic, God-focused music and "Chronicles" well represents that history.
