J Moss is known more for his participation with the production team PAJAM, who have a highly praised reputation. J Moss has been behind the mixing board for the likes of Hezekiah Walker, N'Sync, Michelle Williams, Dru Hill, Boyz II Men, Trin-i-tee 5:7, and Kelly Price.

J Moss has tried several times to get his solo career off the ground and his debut on Gospo Centric is big leap in the right direction. This debut displays an excellent blend of hip-hop, R&B, Pop, and Gospel. The funk is hard to miss and so are the similarities to Kirk Franklin's style of Gospel. “The J Moss Project” was written and recorded in four short weeks, but there is no slop in this production.

Those familiar with the production work of PAJAM, and a flavor for Kirk Franklin, will certainly want to investigate “The J Moss Project” further.
