The Ambassador, aka William “Duce” Branch, co-founder of The Cross Movement, and President of Cross Movement Ministries has devoted himself to ministry. Specifically, urban ministry. Duce has helped craft a hip-hop culture for Christ. His latest solo effort, The Thesis, is inspired by his real life thesis on the Theological Implications of Hip-Hop Culture, which he wrote for his Masters Degree in Theology. Lyrically, Duce expounds on God’s formation of music, and how the Father takes pleasure in those who use their skills to glorify Him. The Thesis is over an hour long, and loaded with a gospel message of hope. For the benefit of the listener, Duce includes an explanation of The Thesis as a track on the album.
