Lincoln Brewster’s fourth worship project is a live album that blends familiar modern songs-“Majestic”-with the traditional-“Great is They Faithfulness.” The latter is a straightforward interpretation.

At least three of the songs-“You Are the One,” “Amazed” and “Let the Praises Ring,” appear on previous Brewster projects. Most of the songs are guitar-driven.

The record was recorded at Bayside Church in Granite Bay, California, where Brewster serves as worship pastor.

For a live recording the sound is fine and the performances are very good but I’d probably prefer to have his studio projects first.

The companion resources may be worth seeking out. Those include CD tracks, Worship Tools DVD Enhanced Songbook, Worship Leader Assistant CD-ROM songbook and a Vertical Music Worship Tools DVD, none of which, however, were available for this review.
