            This is not your usual compilation.  As it is stated in the press materials, it is more of a musical than a compilation.  A powerful rendition of the Christmas story sung like never before. 

The cast of friends includes Joy Whitlock (innkeeper, duo with Todd), Vince Lichlyter (Jonah33) as Joseph, Christie Nockels (Watermark) as Mary, Shelly Jennings (Passion) as Elizabeth, Mike Weaver (Big Daddy Weave) as Simeon, Anthony Evans as the angel and Michael O’Brien as the shepherd.  Joy Whitlock is a new artist on the Ardent label who may remind you of Jenni Gullen (Hoi Polloi).  

This is a concept album that takes the conventional holiday album one giant step beyond the norm.  Just the cast alone is an amazing.  For the album, Agnew found inspiration in reading and meditating on the Christmas story from the Bible.  “Do You See What I See?” is a creative musical adventure that conveys the message of Christ’s birth in a fresh new way.
